Cash on Delivery Method
Your order is sent to the address you choose when registering and is paid upon receipt. When the employee of the cooperating courier company comes to your place to deliver the parcel to you, you pay in cash the value of your order. It is clarified that the parcel is received as long as the package is not damaged or opened. Therefore you have no right to open the parcel before it is picked up by the courier's employee.
The cash on delivery service is FREE. The cash on delivery service is charged with 5.00 €. Cash on delivery service is only available in Greece.
Payment by Credit Card
Our online store in collaboration with the Natinal Bank of greece and Viva Wallet allows the users of our online store to use their credit or debit card to complete their purchases. Wearhouse.gr to ensure transactions, takes you to the secure payment environment of Bank where you will make your payment electronically. The cards accepted from our store are: VISA, VISA electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.Transactions are direct and your payments are completed in minutes. From the completion of the payment, your order can be seen in our online store as confirmed and its shipment will take place within 24 hours where there will be an email notification.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "nbg-pay" of National Bank of Greece and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Payment by Bank Deposit
You can choose to pay for your order by bank deposit. The bank deposit can be made either in a store of the respective bank you choose, or through web banking. If the transaction is performed within the same bank, the amount is immediately visible. In case the transaction is made by a third bank, the amount may appear up to 3 working days and the costs of the bank transfer are borne exclusively by the customer. During this period, our company reserves the right not to send the order until the amount is visible.

3. The bank deposit must be made within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. During this time, the products of the order remain committed to your name. If the deposit is not made within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.
Payment by PayPal
PayPal provides payment services through third parties. It is regulated and controlled by the Financial Services Authority of Great Britain - FSA and facilitates the secure execution of a transaction by disclosing to the counterparties only the necessary information for its completion.
