Changes - Product Returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or product. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier in the receipt, for the check of the deadline.Changes within Greece are free. It concerns the first change of products. After the first change, the charge is borne by the customer and the cost is € 8.00.For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

  • They should not be damaged and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
  • To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly, cards and discreet labels, etc.)
  • To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The return process is simple and is always done by calling us at 2651 023925 and then filling it out Return form.The change process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, you send us the product to be changed, packed with Speedex Courier without any shipping costs for changes within Greece, while for changes from other countries they are done with UPS. By receiving the product we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is borne by our store. If you would like us to send it to you with your own cooperating shipping company, you should be aware that our company does not bear the shipping costs of the parcel as well as does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

It is clarified that the changes are always made at the initial purchase price of the product with any extra charge resulting as stated above. In case of change, if you do not find a product of equal or greater value than the product you want to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the resulting difference.

Return of Defective Products

In cases where, through proven fault of wearhouse.gr, products of poor and / or defective quality were sold or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the pricing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with bad packaging, etc. then wearhouse.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return as well as the shipping costs. The product must be sent to us, exclusively with the cooperating transport company.

In order to determine if the product is defective, you should send us an email at info@wearhouse.gr with photos of the product, showing in as much detail as possible the problem, in order to be checked by the competent department of our company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully responsible for all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to accept it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Before sending the product: - Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@wearhouse.gr or by phone at 2651 023925 daily, Monday - Wednesday - Saturday: 09:00 - 15:00 and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09: 00-14: 30 and 17: 30-21: 00.
  • In case the cancellation is made after the shipment of your order or you refuse to receive it, you will be charged with € 6.00, an amount that concerns the transport costs.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the distance contract or contract outside the store without stating the reasons and without any charge beyond the provisions described herein.

Prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer shall inform the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Within the above deadline, he must inform the company (Wearhouse.gr based in Ioannina and address 6 Charilaou Trikoupi, Ioannina, PC 453 33, phone (+30) 2651023925, address wearhouse.gr, for his decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement of withdrawal.

To this end, the consumer must complete and submit electronically the refund form posted on the Return Form online address, including all the necessary information about the bank account (account number, IBAN of the same account, beneficiary's name), and Bank name) in case the consumer declares a refund with a deposit in a bank account. The supplier shall immediately notify the consumer of the confirmation of receipt of this withdrawal.

The consumer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised the right of withdrawal under this article.

Obligations of the supplier in case of withdrawal

The supplier shall refund any payment received by the consumer, including, where applicable, the delivery costs, without undue delay and certainly within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

The supplier makes a refund of the money provided for in the first subparagraph using the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and on condition that the consumer is not charged for the costs resulting from the refund. of money. 

In derogation from paragraph 1, the supplier is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.

 The supplier can withhold the return of the price until he receives the goods back or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

Consumer liabilities in case of withdrawal

 The consumer returns the goods or transfers them to the supplier or to a person authorized by the supplier to receive the goods, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced to the supplier his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day deadline.

The consumer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the goods, which amounts to € 8.00.

 The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that which is necessary for the determination of the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In essence, the following should apply:

  • They should not be damaged and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
  • To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly, cards and distinctive labels, etc.)
  • To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided for the contracts concluded remotely and outside the store, it does not apply in the following cases:

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene and which have been sealed after delivery, such as underwear, swimwear, socks and other similar items.
